Rennes won their only point in the Champions League this season during a 1-1 draw with Krasnodar in the first round. In the second round the French team faced Sevilla in Spain, but conceded a 0-1 defeat at the Ramon Sanchez Pizjuan in the Andalusian capital.
Rennes achieved a win during the weekend. They faced Brest in the Ligue 1 and enjoyed a 2-1 win at the Roazhon Park.
