Hertha BSC – Bayern Munich

Hertha BSC are one of the teams in the worst shape in Germany right now. The Old Lady lost four of its last five matches in the league only winning a point during the 0-0 draw with Koln. This mediocre performance made the club fell to 15th place in the standings being on par with the 16th Arminia Bielefeld. You can see why the Berliners are desperate for points right now. The bad news is that they face Bayern Munich next.

In their last match Hertha faced Eintacht Frankfurt away from home, but the game ended with a 3-1 win for the hosts. Krzysztof Piatek actually opened the score for the visitors in the 66th minute, but until the end of the game Eintracht scored three times and took the win.

Bayern Munich regrouped after few bad performances and now the champions enjoy a run of four consecutive wins in the Bundesliga. They have 7 points advantage in front of the second RB Leipzig and once again sit comfortable on top. This is a solid performance from the Bavarian giants lately.

In their last game Bayern Munich recorded their 14th win for the season. Hansi Flick’s boys hosted Hoffenheim and didn’t show any mercy for a 4-1 win. Jerome Boateng and Thomas Muller scored in the first half while Lewandowski and Gnabry finished the job after the break.

So far Bayern Munich have scored 57 goals in the Bundesliga which puts them ahead of everyone else. 24 of these goals were scored by Robert Lewandowski.
